Located in the Town of Shelburne, this master-planned Residential community was developed for young families and an affordable market just north of the City. Offering a collection of 40’ bungalow and two-storey designs on large, traditional lots, the community includes a beautiful pond and farmers’ fields, along with a playground and promenade. GIL developed this land in partnership with Tricap Properties and partnered with Lakeview Homes.
