Brampton’s Clarieville Business Park lands are located within Canada’s largest population. The lands are serviced by an extensive highway and rail network and provides easy access to local, national and international markets, not to mention the proximity to Lester B. Pearson International Airport. The 200 acre industrial development was completed by GIL in the mid to late 90’s and now consists of approximately 1 million sq.ft of industrial space, together with 25 new corporate businesses that call this location home.
